Event Ticket Fees

The event tickets fees are non-refundable once the event's ticket order confirmed, no refunds will be issued after confirmation of the Event Tickets.

Merchandise

The merchandise, such as awards / Trophy are non-refundable unless the product is defective or non-compliant with the contract.

Chargeback and Fraud

Misuse of refund policies, including fraudulent chargeback requests, may result in account suspension or termination.

Pricing Errors

Aureum International Awards reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, with a full refund to the original payment method as the sole remedy.

Delivery

Event Tickets

Tickets for all Aureum International Awards events. All ticket orders are confirmed by email upon purchase.

Merchandise

Delivery terms for customized merchandise, such as awards / trophy, are 8-9 weeks from the date of order. Shipping costs and terms vary based on the destination, and customers will be notified of any applicable surcharges at the time of dispatch.

Returns

For defective or non-compliant merchandise, customers must report issues within 15 days of delivery by contacting connect@aureumawards.com. Aureum International Awards will provide a replacement or refund within 45 business days upon confirmation of the defect or non-compliance.

11. Liability Indemnification
